Customer Policies

Certain products in our range have been designed and developed by us.These products are the intelectual property of Composite Automotive Anatomy Ltd [trading as Aerotech] and as such are covered by the copyright laws of this country. Any person or persons found making unauthorised copies of these parts will be in breach of the copyright laws and as a cosequence can expect to be prosecuted.

 

Ordering

Orders for our product will be accepted by phone or e-mail.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed to all products must be prepaid before dispatch.  Non standard items require deposit with order before manufacture can commence.  Payment can be made by cash,Visa/Mastercard or by bank deposit. 

Freight

Unless otherwise agreed to all freight will be handled by a company nominated by Aerotech. All freight charges will be passed onto the receiver of the goods.

Goods lost or damaged in transit.

Where goods are lost or damaged in transit the receiver must seek compensation direct from the carrier.  Aerotech will not accept any claim for the loss or damage arising from cartage.  Do not sign for your goods before checking they have not been damaged in transit.

Warranty

Aerotech, will, unless the client be otherwise informed, warrant its goods and services to the extent of faulty workmanship of the part only for a period of twelve (12) months.  Damage occasioned by an incorrect fitting technique employed on an accessory or fitting problems associated with fitment to damaged vehicles is expressly negated.  At its discretion Aerotech may repair or replace any item claimed to be defective.  In no way will Aerotech be responsible for any fitting, painting or freight charges encumbered for goods returned for repair or replacement.  Notification of a claim must be made to Aerotech in writing accompanied by photographic evidence before any approval will be given to allow rectification work to be undertaken.

Goods returned for credit

Goods classified as standard or stock items may be returned freight prepaid for credit. These goods must be received in our store within fourteen (14) days from date of invoice. Goods returned after this period will be credited at our discretion. A Credit Note will be issued. All goods returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge. Goods incorrectly ordered or deemed to be of non-standard production will not be accepted inwards for credit. We do not give cash refunds.

Prices and Availability

Although our prices and parts availability were current as of the date on our lists, both are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors of any kind on pricing, description, or availability.
